I use the Vader Streams app on my TV/Android phone/tablet for catch up. I purchase my service from RajTV.stream for about 15 bucks a month. I did verify that MSNBC is part of the catch up. It is.
If I'm not using the catch up feature or VOD, I watch all the channels with the Perfect Player app. This combo has worked very well for me for several months.
