Connected via Ethernet Changed the dns to 8.8.8.8
Also tried Wi-fi as I get 100mb wireless and tried changing the dns to 8.8.4.4
Tried rebooting the tv (unplugged , rebooting router (bt homewifi mesh)
The tv shows as connected .
It has worked smoothly in the past but not sure why today it has buffering issues

I recently tried DNS 1.1.1.1 It helped me with TNT iptv tremendously. Hope it Works for you as well
Try different modes. Hls, webos, nc mpeg etc. Can't remember the exact screens as not on front of my TV but fiddling with those might find a more compatible setting. Also if you have a lot of apps installed on the TV it can stutter due to lack of memory.
Your pro ider may be throttling, I had the same problem. VPN solved it
Do you have anything plugged into the Tele mate? PlayStation, Xbox? I'd unplug the lot then look at your router ....make sure it's not next to your sound system etc...it's incredible how often interference causes this. Seen 2 instances this week alone :) worth a shot!
...It's the weekend - maybe your provider is having issues? Can you try on another device such as a computer with VLC or Kodi??
