I'm wondering how do we know who to contact as far as other resellers go? For me personally the service is up and running. I have lost HBO and the EPG won't update which is screwing with the sports packages. They're all showing last week's games still. I've only ever dealt with ultrabox and with all means of communication down with them I have absolutely 0 idea whom I should talk to. Today I got an auto email from the ultrabox forums but if course they're not up and running. For the most part the service is working great but I would like to talk to someone about my couple issues...... But who ??
You're just going to have to be patient and wait for things to sort out. If you're having issues with your EPG do the usual reset your router/modem and reboot your box, and maybe check your firmware. I personally am not having the issues you are having, and no other users are having them else other people would have commented. Also this is why most of us run with at least 2 providers, minimum. If one of them is having a problem just switch to the other and wait it out. Hence, patience.
You can't expect perfection all the time. Things will fuck up. And when they do, you have a backup plan.
