I’ve used a couple different iptv services now. I’ve noticed that some channels display the incorrect epg data. They’re usually a few hours off. Is there any way to fix this?

Not per channel as far as I know. Some IPTV clients allow You to offset the EPG but I believe this affects every channel.
To do it per channel you need to edit the m3u and point it to another xml guide that has the correct guide.
