I've been looking through this sub but found nothing to help me so an advice would be really appreciated. I have the Nvidia shield with stbemu and when i look at sports it's not really smooth... The internet is fine, no buffering when I stream and I the box plugged with an ethernet cable. I've tried switching the media player but no luck. Still looks like it's running on really low FPS. Any help ? Thanks
Maybe the provider was having issues on the section, try with a different one to compare is usually the best way to check stb should run smooth
We've got a few folks using Nividia Shields with no issues. Maybe it's STBemu? We personally use Smarters now with m3u links. Yo u just get more options of apps to use.

I've heard of this happening with the Shield actually. Not sure why. Some people love their Shield, but some have definitely had playback issues with IPTV.
Have you tried any other methods of watching besides STBEmu? Maybe try PerfectPlayer or IPTVSmarters and see if you get the same playback issues.
