I've tried several paid providers for M3U8 plans that aren't stable with smartiptv. For example audio randomly cuts off and also buffering. But when i use VLC player on the same wifi connection (actually the TV is pluged into router via ethernet) with a laptop it plays flawlessly.

Not sure what I can do to solve this. Is anyone else having similar issues with smartiptv?
