Doesn't matter that you live in Canada. My recommendation is get 2 cheap services. There is plenty of information on Reddit on which ones you might want. Do some digging and choose what's best for you.
Nitro is expensive, but very stable. My suggestion is to start trying find out for 1 month at a time... Then go with what you want

Not sure where you are located, but you can just start pinging servers and see what sorta responses you get. This of course does not really have anything to do with the performance of the streams however.
I pinged about 5 epic servers and got about 12ms on one of them, so whenever they host from they certainly area far away from Toronto Canada.
You really haven't specified your needs though other than location which means very little. I'd recommend checking out the iptvgta subreddit you might get some recommendations there from people in a similar situation without the shills.
