"Local IPTV" sky channels

I torrented a Formula 1 session and noticed the Sky channel had a "LOCAL IPTV" watermark I'm the top left corner. Quality was really good and with most suppliers losing their FHD Sky channels this seems like an exception.

Anyone knows who carries these? Google didn't turn up much.

Are you sure it said local? I am noticing a few seem to be using these Orbit streams for sky at the moment. Orbit

Hmmm not seen this before but on your comment about most providers losing hd streams of Sky...I know a few who have it including ours. There has obviously been a big EPL blog this year but not seen anything about the quality of channels going down.
