OP, have you considered making your own automated pvr etc with free software like sonarr and radarr?
I've never used iptv for tv shows, ever!
With sonarr you can tell it any show, any network, any quality, etc and it downloads the show like automatically even if you aren't home.
Basically it will make a custom pvr/on demand service for you.
It cost much less than iptv too.
The downside is, you need a hard drive for the media to be stored on, and of course live Sports and news you wouldn't get on there.
But since you don't need sports, just use a cheap OTA antenna for news or a cheap 5 dollar iptv provider if you like your news.
It blows me away that people count on iptv for tv shows and movies! Why stream when you can get 1080p commercial free content!
I don't really think you'll find much. Live sports are kinda the lifeblood of IPTV considering most other things are downloadable or viewable on demand.
