go to OVH and rent a vps linux (ubuntu or debain) server for about $4 a month.
then run this auto setup script ( https://github.com/Angristan/OpenVPN-install ) for openvpn server.
install openvpn client on whatever device you want. DONE. most iptv services run their servers on OVH as it is.
but i am actually thinking about starting a iptv company that does just that. supplies a vpn connection to the server the IPTV server is on.
You need to provide the VPN yourself. The provider will NOT do this for you, period. Do you even know the basics of using a computer? Please educate yourself before posting something like this.

The answer is no. Lol
That's impossible. VPNs are used to hide traffic from your isp and needs to be done locally on your network, not the iptv provider end.
