As per the title, UK VIP HD/FHD channels are not connecting. They are flicking between connecting and buffering then eventually settling on not connected. Anyone else having this problem?
EDIT: Just to be clear, channels are working perfectly on UK Sports networks but just not on the VIP section.
EDIT 2: Back to normal now. Perfect.
Strange. I've found them to be great. Been with them 6 weeks now. EFL games been great. Also follow them on Twitter and they post regular and notified about the VIP US
I'm always having issues with Helix, you need to consider getting a second, back up provider and then switching between the two as issues (with both providers) appear, this way you have a better than average chance of watching a program all of the way through!. Some of the VIP channels on Helix are also duplicated in UK Entertainment and seem to use a different source.

I have the same but where I only just signed up thought it could be me doing something wrong
Helix is crap, has been since I joined. Never bothered after the first month, not a single EPL game streamed for longer than 5 seconds before buffering.
Won't you be best opening a ticket with Helix?
