Was using helix up until around 1 PM this afternoon (US) and all the sudden channels stop playing and can’t get a single one to load. Tried a few hours later still no dice.
Haven’t seen anything posted to their Twitter so thought I’d check here as well to make sure it’s not just on my end.
edit: should have known to just do a device reboot before going to these lengths, thanks all for the confirmation it was on my end.
Thanks all, ended up submitting a ticket (should have done that first), and was advised to reboot my device, now everything's' running smoothly.
