like a live TV URL like say if you are streaming AMC from the AMC web site?
If that's the case, it would not be that easy because
You need to first authenticate with your cable/satellite provider
The streams are DRM protected
With that being said some IPTV feeds come from say Playstation Vue which is a paid streaming service, so they managed to capture and restream the feed.
I just heard about this one, have yet to try it.

VLC for Andoid. There are others for Android, some may need to tbe side-loaded. Kodi has an add-on as well.
