Most screens look like that for many different providers. Do you have an options button? Is your MAC address correct?
I did a search for you and it seems the first domain was registered in the Dominican Republic and is using a name server from Germany among others. The second one was registered in New jersey. These are just domains, you could do a ping or tracert to get IP's and that would tell you where but not who the provider is.
