We would be grateful if someone could offer any help regarding an issue we have using the Xtream Editor plugin.
We have used it for a while without any issues - channels all work great but for the past 2 days we cannot import the epg.
Uusally when you select 'import bouquets' you get 'Done!' come up and when you select 'import epg' you can see it importing..but now nothing happens at all so we have had no epg.
The error from the log reads as follows:
(XTREAM) download failed: (Failure instance: Traceback (failure with no frames): <class 'twisted internet error. TimeoutError'> User timeout caused connection failure.
Before uninstalling the plugin and then asking for another script from our provider to re-install again and use a new code we wanted to ask in case anybody nows what we could do to resolve this.
Any help would be much appreciated.
What kind of line are you using? API or m3u? You shouldn't need a script from your provider as a standard m3u or API will work perfectly. API is better, especially for EPG.
