I have a problem with multiple iptv servers. I tried vlc and perfect player on windows, siptv on samsung smarttv and plex on the ps4. all have the same problem, the stream reloads after 24 seconds. I tried using a vpn but it didn't change something. The server I'm using is: m-iptv.net:8000
Hope somebody can help me :)
Run it though VLC Player and use the loop all button. It will play but instead of a 25 second reload it's now down to 2 seconds.
