A few weeks back I used my z7+ with a trial service from Helix. It was just a 24 hour trial.
Since then, when I log into my helix account it says "account active" in green with an old expiry date.
The service stopped working after that 24 hours, but I have not been able to activate my mac since then with any helix resellers.
They have essentially keeping my mac locked to their panel in an expired state.
I requested that my account be cancelled yesterday and now I got some confirmation saying it can take 24 hours.
As of this morning it's still not fixed.
I've dealt with lots of providers over the last year, and never ran into this.
Has anyone experienced this?
It's not a huge deal because like everyone else I have a few backup services, but there was one channel they had that I desired.
They had a big outage yesterday, maybe they've simply forgotten it?
