I’m having problems with them as well, they said yesterday on Twitter that it was server problems and today I put a ticket in and they said that UK ISP’s are blocking access? Don’t know what’s going on.
Yes, you can use in different house. We do not IP restrict

I haven't been blocked by Virgin either, the isp blocks only come in when the EPL is on, it wasn't on yesterday and i wasn't blocked last week either.
bought a 48hr trial earlier, havent been able to connect to a single thing
I'm on a 48 hour trial and on the whole service has been good except for when the England game was on Friday night and other international matches yesterday. Assumed it was my ISP blocking it. EPG isn't working at the mo however

question.. when it says ip restriction.. is it 1 ip allowed all together or 1ip at a time?
can use muultiple ips/houses if not viewing at the same time?
