Seller absent, mac address not released, what to do ?

Hey all, a bit confused what to do here, got a 4 month service for IPTV Extreme, on Mag 322.

My service ended 3 days ago on one box, and second box has 9 days left.

Seller is not replying for past 2 weeks when I tired buying more credits, even though it shows he read my pm's.

No problem, don't need his service, but now my mac address is stuck on his panel, and it's not removed, new seller can't add me to his panel.

Ask your new reseller if he can reach out to the admins where he buys his credits to see if they can remove your MAC. Thats about the only way unfortunately. Its possible at the highest level to get it done, whether your new reseller has that connection or not is another thing.

I dont think you can do anything besides switch to different service. Now there are alot more options with mostly same offerings

If you know the original provider, you can open a ticket there. If you enough proof and if it is expired, they should delete it for you.

I don't understand how you become "locked" to a provider :/ the Mac is just used as authentication when you try to connect to the service.

I can try on my service if you like? See what result we get.
