Pixelating every so often

by Gaddy619

I am paid IPTV customer, and recently for about a month now my streams have been Pixelating for a second or so every 10mins or so, I have contacted the service and they are telling me there are no current issues, has anyone else ever experienced this and knows of a work around to stop it from happening? I have been a customer for a while now and I never used to have these problems, I have got friends who also use the service to test for me and they have no playback issues, I understand these things can happen when using IPTV but it's quite frustrating not knowing what is causing it, can anyone help?

The pixelation is down to the feed source usually sourced from cardshareing most providers source there feeds from this nothing you can do about it

It's definitely not my hardware, I'm using a nvidia shield which works flawlessly, on the latest software, streams have been work fine on it up til now, I also use nord vpn so never get throttled. Hopefully it sorts itself out over time

It's not the HDMI cable as I've tested on my phone, I get the same problems. I'll just have to put up with it I think. Thanks for you're advice

I've had my shield for about 2 years now and it's worked flawlessly for iptv up til now, as I've already said I have also tested on my phone which gives me the same problems, so it's my connection

Could be hardware or software you're using....otherwise a reboot of your network might help. Beyond that, could be ISP throttling.

maybe try a different hdmi cable and/or different hdmi port to rule those out. Get a trial for another provider, try another iptv app... also, clear cache on the app you are using. Seems to help on my android devices.

The most important thing in cardshareing was not Mbps speed it was low pings .Ionly had 4mbps your not streaming for the sat/cable feeds your just receiving data so if you have low pings the data travelled to you quick so no interruptions high pings and your box could not receive the data quick enough to process the picture hence pixilation. Some iptv feeds are still ripped from this format it’s just part of the format it will probably settle down.it won’t be a fault on your provider end as it’s not a server Issue his end just where he’s getting the streams from
