Anova Pixelation

Hi there are there any Anova customers here? Who else like me are experiencing Pixelation on there streams, it's been happening for me for a while now every so often, I've tried router reeboots, changing devices, and so on, and it's no different, I've even tried my phones network data so I know it's not my WiFi...

Hi I can report if you if you tell me what channels? Have your tried reporting it yourself ?

Yes i have several times they tell me nothing is wrong, Nat Geo Wild FHD, E4 FHD were ones i was using earlier, sometimes it might not happen for 10 mins or so

Yer they have already stated there wasn't an issue apparently mate, I've tried several different players etc it makes no difference. Thanks!
