just signed up for a sub with an iptv provider that just doesn’t work. I have it working with Helix. But the backup provider just won’t work Does anyone know if the MAG Box could be at fault or whether the provider doesn’t support it or any ideas? I’m stumped. I don’t want to name the provider in case I’m doing something plainly stupid. But I gave the MAC address, I put in the portal correctly (even showed the provider) but we are just both stumped as to why it’s not working. Could it be a setting? Has anyone come across this issue themselves? Any help would be appreciated.
