IPTV box with best guide and user interface?

by Chrissss1

I'm looking for an IPTV box/hardware that provides a guide similar to cable boxes (view of what is on each channel for the next 1-2 hours). I tried searching and immediately ruled out the MAG boxes. The main contenders seemed to be:

1.) Formuler Z7+

2.) Dreamlink T2

3.) Enigma2

4.) Kodi on some type of hardware (very familiar with Kodi and using IPTV on a Windows Kodi install now)

I'm looking for something easy to use once set up (i.e., not afraid to do some work to get it there in terms of initial configuration as long as I can find some easy to follow guides, etc.). Reliability is important in terms of the overall device meaning a couple hiccups are fine but the whole device not working is a no go.

Any suggestions?

Anything with perfect player will give you that feel of a TV guide. I'm using it just fine on a firestick.

So, Formuler and Dreamlink are exactly the same. The Z7+ has slightly better hardware than the T2, but otherwise the interface and experience is identical. As android boxes, they are the easiest to set up and use and have the ability to use third party apps that most people in North America are familiar with.

Kodi is garbage for IPTV in my opinion, but if you like, more power to you.

Enigma2, strictly for IPTV, is the best option for instant EPG and customizability. In North America, Enigma2 is just that, an enigma. People don't really understand it so it doesn't get much love. Its significantly more difficult to set up than a Formuler but once set up its a far more user friendly experience. Which is saying something since I believe the Formuler is the the most user friendly box available easily in North America right now.

I have my best box from Goldenbox, 2019 newest IPTV box. This Livebox is very easy to set up, just like other Android devices. More than 1500 channels to select from worldwide. High quality streaming! just happy by now.

Here is a comparison listings of best selling IPTV box for streaming. Hope to help you choose your favorite model easily. Cheers

MiBox and any of the IPTV programs?

The guide is provided by your provider. If your provider does not send the episode information, it doesn't matter what box you get. The fact you ruled out MAG boxes, the most reliable boxes on the market, is dumb. Everything you've posted has their own quirks and issues, and are unreliable at times.
