There isn't a service that doesn't have these I don't think. Maybe with exception of baby first anyways. You'd be ok with helix, tnt, eternal, Vader's...etc. ResoluteD had catchup on Nick I believe. Also there are many of these services that have 24/7 for kids stuff.

Our family are using https://oceaniptv.net my kids are watching on all these channels. Also cartoon network any many more :-)
I use an IPTV service that has everything you asked for except Babyfirsttv. It has UK, USA, and Canada versions of the kids channels, also a 24/7 section for Kids. Specific cartoons played on one channel 24 hours a day 7 days a week. They have currently at the time of writing this 50 different 24/7 kids channels. I have found there is more than enough choice for my kids to watch.
I have been very happy with the quality of the service received. If you email the guy he will give you a free 24 hour trial to test it out. Also found him to be very helpful to help get it setup when I got stuck. I would recommend you try it out.

The Players Klub has all of those except Baby First TV. I can’t find that one on any of the 3 services I have.
