Will be your provider going down just wait until they fix it or email them.
Add the URL into VLC and see if it works and that you can watch a stream. If not there is something wrong with your account or provider.
This is the error shown when the app has been unable to download your m3u playlist.
Normally happens if the url for your m3u file is unavailable for any reason (website offline, url changed, iptv sub expired etc.)
When it happens, check if you can download your m3u file in your web browser... If it doesn't download - find out why... If it does - try re-adding the playlist in siptv
Or upload the m3u file, not url. Has worked before. Paste youre url into a browser, dload the url, upload that m3u file to siptv.eu....saveonline. Restart smartIPTV, see if it loads up.
The app has been having some problems recently. Delete the playlist from siptv, then add it again. If that doesnt work, re-install the app.
