Does video data traffic flow from my IPTV provider through xtream-editor.com's server? how do they charge for bandwidth?

How do they proxy the traffic? Or how can I learn more about the flow? Thank you.

I does not. If you look at the file output from xtream editor, it is your provider URL + username and password used. In order to fetch the playlist (m3u file) however, a request is sent to xtream editor requesting the specific playlist sent in the unique URL. This is if you are using pro version.
In short, xtream editor is ONLY a playlist editor. A really good one thou where you can set up templates etc. in order to manage many accounts from one "source"/template.
