Is it better to buy IPTV through a reseller or Direct. Has anyone written any article on how resellers work and what they have to do, as it seems a lot of resellers seem to have their own api and offer frequent deals but as they all hide behind fake Inst Mesenger accounts for obvious reasons it seems there is little or no editorial about their practices, that's why they can just disappear at a moment's notice.
I believe in resellers as well and I’ve bought dozens of services. Most from resellers but a few direct. Resellers will always provide better support especially as services get bigger.

In regards to your comment that resellers could disappear anytime... That's very inaccurate.
In fact, usually it's the other way around.
We see providers close up shop all the time, often leaving customers scrambling for alternatives.
Most resellers offer multiple servers, and some keep their customers online in very short time and some even provide backup servers to their clients. They have access to more servers than a single provider can offer.
Reseller for me cos then you will have that personal interaction ( as long as you don't get too friendly ) then its def a better way to go.
I don't sell anything, but I can tell you that a good reseller will know how to keep you supported and running.
