That's pretty crazy! Does anyone really pay $25/mth for an IPTV service anymore? I know there were a few a couple of years ago that tried to charge that, but with the competition now, $15/mth is about the max I'd be willing to pay and it would have to come with quite a few extras, like Vader does with 5 connections, etc.
Otherwise, I tend to like the $5-10/mth subs and have multiple to ensure 100% uptime.
Go check around youtube, which is pretty much a breeding ground for charging prices people here would be in an absolute uproar over.
Some that don't even measure up to a couple of the more popular $5/mo providers you can find go as high at $40, with no shortage of people in the comment section praising how much they are saving in comparison to cable ;)
@juniorsua
What's the point of posts like yours if you dont tell us who your provider is ?
Just bragging I guess
Unless that's a for a bunch of simultaneous connections that is way too much.
You get what you pay for.
I pay 25 a month and it has 4 connections, been using it 3 months and never seen a single buffer in 3 months and it has never gone down.
I’ve used more ten dollar services than I can count and usually just end up aggravated.
I pay ten bucks total for three connections, one eternal and two area 51... rarely have issues on either. PPV and sporting events are flawless every time.
I hear ya, i would definitely pay that much if I could get a good EPG and stable streams
i had xiptv for a month , paid 20 euros and that was just out of curiosity and they had at that time some channels , other services didnt have. anyway nothing special , modt of the channels were on my stable long provider much better quality most you need to pay for iptv is 10-12 euro a month
Cheap services at the end will cost you alot of money
i prefer to pay few extra $ one time for a good services ....
I even saw some iptvs for 6$ month !!! please 6$ per month for a service ! just imagine where the channels are streaming from !
I pay 30euro a month and been with my ONE provider for 5 years went down once in December when it came back up I got a month free for the problem. All channels are HD and Videoclub it uploaded everyday with more then 4000 movies and 500 series and just yesterday we watched mile 22 in HD(not Cam) and it’s still out in cinemas. Plus I get movies when I request it in like an hour or two depending if the technicians are busy. People complain about the price but if you want the 5euro a month then don’t complain when it crashes or buffers. I’m happy to pay 30euros a month just my 2cents
IMAO no one can justify charging anywhere near $25 a month for IPTV especially when the majority of providers get their channels from the same sources as everyone else.
I know you do get the odd provider who may have a few of there own sources but these a few and far between, you see on a regular basis posts saying that we are the best which is ridiculous when they have no control over the reliability of any channel they provide.
When you see the likes of Eternal.TV and Area-51 who have offered up to 5 connections for around $10 a month each but at the same time maintained a high standard of service.
Other providers should use two above as a barometer and follow their decision to go down the route of focusing on core channels and not offering 1000`s of channels that people don't watch instead they have and manage subscriber numbers.
For me, the cost of $25 a month is just a money grab and it just plays on peoples perception that with cost come performance/reliability.
