Using StbEmu and need to automatically pass on username and password....tried embedding in URL xxxx:88/?username=xxx&password=xxxx as I did with other IPTV providers but does not work and I am asked every time I boot up to enter manually user/password which does work. Is there ANY way to automate this process??
Hmmm, if you go to Xtream Editor website>Faq&Guides>on the bottom left>Mag Converter Tool
download that and run it, enter the details it requires and that should be the username and password you require.
Id have to look at how to embed it into STB though.
You have two options:
A: (if it sounds weird, then ignore this option) If you want (for some reasons) to apply a m3u/m3u_plus url to your Stalker Portal, then you need to ask your provider to enable that line being used on Stalker Portal. "This line will be used in STALKER Portal" must be enabled on providers side, but they wont do it unless you are a restreamer or trusted as you`ll get unlimited connections for this.
B: which is the option you want to go with is finding your Stalker MAC address from STB Configuration of STB EMU and pass it to your provider for Stalker Activation, Then they`ll send you their Portal URL and you need to place it in Portal URL under Profile.
Thanks for the info, the provider is Vcarib/Deploy and the only info they provide is a long list of abuse..
I use them because they are cheap..$5 and their service actually works quite well. The problem is I want to
use StbEmu as I am used to Mag254...unfortunately Vcarib stopped selling monthly so had to buy in bulk
and have 20 months. Stbemu tries to log on to server then a log on window opens, enter user/pass and away
it goes, just want to automate the process if possible as the on screen keyboard is painful...workaround
at moment is to leave the box on so it maintains connection...luckily have unlimited bandwidth.
Tell your provider you have a mag. Stbemu doesn't do m3u
