Is there any risk going without a VPN ? I heard ISP can throttle the connection

How do they know if you're using IPTV vs any other streaming service? It's not bit torrent
Where are you based? I'm in the UK and personally I don't bother. Can't be bothered to set it up, plus it'll lower my download speeds.
It's not a massive issue though because ISPs over here will normally send a few letters to your door before taking any action (if ever).
I’ve been using Vaders without a VPN for almost 2 months now without any issues.
Depending on where you live some isp block iptv at weekends rest of the time they don't seem to care
Agree with some of the comments. You will experience slightly throttled speeds when using a VPN and most ISPs will send a Cease and Desist type letter first. Personally I always flip my VPN on as the speed hit is neglidgeable if you get a good one. If you're looking for a good VPN there are some good deals to be had right now. Check out https://antennajunkies.com . They're offering some good deals with PureVPN.
I use Comcast in the SF Bay Area. Through trial and error I determined they were throttling to the point of IPTV being unusable. Every stream would drop after about 1-2 minutes.
When I applied a simple HTTP proxy in Kodi the streams immediately started working.
