I've noticed some of those providers will take days to respond to tickets. You might just need to wait a few days for someone to respond.
You should keep sending in tickets. I had signed up for 5 months so I can get the extra month for free discount but it never applied to my subscription. I contacted them 3 different times and never got a response back. Luckily smoothstreams opened up registration and I ended up signing with them and letting my mma-tv expire. Good luck though.
If no response, then I would try different servers within SS Kodi Addon, see if differs for you
They never responded to any of the emails I sent. I dropped them after a month.
The kodi app had an update pushed that broke it. 3.4.6 is the broken one. 3.4.7 was pushed out sometime yesterday. Try updating and see if that fixes it. This is for the v3 app.
They are probably really busy this weekend (MMA PPV)
