Watching at Work: IPTV/M3U on PC without VLC?

by papadop

Don’t know if this is the correct place for the question but does anybody know how to view an M3U from my iptv provider on a PC not using VLC player?

I am trying to watch matches on my work computer but am not able to download VLC player or any software not endorsed by the company.

Are there ways or services that use Windows Media or even Chrome / Firefox?

Anybody have any tips to watch at work?

If your work place has such network rules, you can expect an Administrator watching the packets incoming and outgoing.

Now if you can not help yourself not watching IPTV while at work:

A-Get yourself a Tablet

B-Get another internet source like a 4G line from your cell company

C-If you are to use your company network line, definitely use VPN

If you at any rate break those network rules assigned by the administrator, there is a high chance of them detecting this and it will cause you trouble.

Set up at home a Plex server with the IPTV plug-in. You can then watch through a browser.

Get VLC portable and see if that works. You don't need to install it to run it.
