I'm using both Smart IPTV and Smart STB, but is there any other apps that I can enter a m3u playlist and an epg url? Smart IPTV uses a m3u playlist but not an external EPG URL, Smart STB uses stalker.

Try SSIPTV or Perfect Player.

I can't find any other app's in samsung's app store then smart iptv and smart stb
IPTV-epg.com has an app if you use their service.
I don’t know if it’ll work but if Samsung has a browser app you could try out our web player at /r/thumpertv. If you do, please let me know the results.
pretty sure those are the only apps on Samsung.
