Having trouble with my buzztv 3000m. It says it records, but it won't play back the file . And live TV slows down sometimes. I pretty much bought this for recording but it doesn't work. The support site sucks cause they never reply.

Try changing the internal player.
Go in Buzz TV app - click check updates - make sure all up to date.
then when in a portal - try different player by menu - configuration - player - then for general playback try default or secondary.
Secondary I like for playback purpose.
if its recorded then try and play the file with different player or record with different player.

The problem is you got an xpl3000m. The xpl3000 regular version is the one to get. The m is just a rebranded mygica. I mean it's all mygica but this is just a mygica box with a buzz label.

You need to install an SDcard to make this work
