I'm just a week ago in this business and i get much info in a short time but still one thing i want to know.. how can i be an iptv provider?
i dont want to be under the mercy or any provider and i wanna make my own servers to stream to my clients...(I have 120G Rams dedicated hosting)
How and where i should begin to do this?
how a site like bestbuyiptv be a provider and sell restream service and how i do like him?

how big do you want to be? how much do you know already?
Why would I want to buy IPTV from someone like you with all of these questions when I can get it from a more established provider who knows what he's doing? It's no brainer.
Iptv is a sharkfest, unless you already have a good customer base, id say dont do it.
Too many cut throat deals ie $30/12 months, you wont make cash at that price.
Look into reselling a service
You need many things: Streams, software and servers with unmetered bandwidth. If anything, PM me.

From my underground days there were only two groups in europe who actually run iptv servers. That’s why if you notice 98% of the channels on every provider are the same! The two groups work in tandem, if one goes down other goes right up. Rarely are both actively streaming at once as it is a cat and mouse game.
All most providers really do are tweak some channels then put the service under their name.
There are only a handful of Source providers ie the ones who actually capture the feeds and sell to the providers. Unfortunately those guys don't advertise in the open and you'll be very lucky to even get a foot in. Your best bet is to become a reseller and save yourself the hassle
