Regardless it wont be real 4k, what internet connection do you have?

If they offer Kodi plugin, or ability to connect to the service in Kodi, it should be able to play in 4k.

Care to share which IPTV provider are you using?

If you can get an M3U playlist instead of a Stalker (MAC) setup, setup ProgTV and tell it to send VOD to Kodi.
