...Your service sounds like a 1 connection service that's locked to a MAC. Either change providers to one that allows multiple connections (1 mac and 1 or more m3u) or keep it and sub to a second service that will provide a m3u.
You can use Nox or Bluestacks as an Android Emulator on PC. I started to say ask your provider if they offered a web version but I see now they said no. We offer a web version that can be viewed on browser on any device, works just like our apk! We do support MAC logins as well if a must-have
You'd need to emulate android for STB if im not mistaken.
