Helping a friend out who isnt the most tech person. Needs a good wireless with like an actual remove that looks like a normal one. If anyone could help that would be great. Was looking at MAG but needs to be wireless with ethernet.

I recommend TVIP, MAG is not supporting dts.
4K Firestick or Xiaomi Mi Box S. Both are great devices for the money.
I would suggest the entry level buzz box or the formuler...both have easy setups and use and come with a pretty good remote,
Don't use WiFi. Use hardwired ethernet.
If it is difficult or impossible to run an ethernet cable, use a powerline ethernet adapter. The Netgear PowerLINE product is good, and there are lots of others from other manufacturers as well.
Do not use WiFi because you will become his network support. Buy a powerline product and that variable disappears permanently.
Easiest box to use by far are formulers but a little pricier than a regular Chinese box

Mag322w1 has inbuilt WiFi but it’s not the best. I was getting around 15Mb/s on the inbuilt speed test (it’s WiFi N rated). My router is AC and my phone will get 200Mb/s plus (fibre connection here).
Alternative is an Android TV box with something like STBEmu or SmartersPro on.
