Hey guys. I brought two iptv subscriptions one for me and one for a family member from the same person. I've had mine for about 3 weeks and every thing is fine.
My family member has had his for a week and his smart iptv app is asking for a 5 euro payment to keep using the app.
I asked the guy I brought my subscription from and he's advised me it is to do with the app and not him so fair enough.
What I don't understand is why I never had this issue but my family member has? Is there a way around this? Is the smart iptv app site genuine for me to pay on? Any help would be great.

I had to pay that originally, €5.50 if I remember right. Can you send me your provider as my one seems to have stopped altogether
