Distinct Lack of USP from Resellers

by fooali

As much as they think it is 5000+ channels is not a unique selling preposition, if anything its more a put off when you see this kind of advertising.

My question is to re sellers and i wanted to find out how they are trying to differentiate themselves from the competition. from the outside looking in it doesn't seem to be that much room for manoeuvre to provide things like discounts, buy 1 get 1 free, cooling off periods, money back guarantees, exclusive content etc

When everyone is pretty much selling the same product how do you survive ? I have a feeling we will get to a point where source providers will strike a deal with 1 or 2 providers and then monopolise the market

I have a multi DNS app and offer a variety of different services from one app. I make it simple for the consumer. No M3Us, no macs, etc etc unless specifically asked for. App is loaded on filelinked. They type in the code, download the app, then enter username and password. If you make it simple, they will come.

I think a lot are pushing a premium + backup, so some resellers have ties to different providers and can offer a packaged deal at a slightly discounted rate.

I don't think source providers would limit themselves to one or two providers, unless those providers offer enough bucks for exclusivity.

It's a trust thing. Re-sellers come and go... the ones that stay around get a reputation and then users start to use them for the premium services they sell for the end clients.
