Torn between getting a BuzzTV XPL 3000 (the new version) or using an $80 leelbox I got with twice the ram/storage for $40 less than the XPL will cost me. The only reason I like the Buzz TV box is for the proprietary OS which I find nice and simple which is a big win seeing as my grandparents will be using it as well.
Does anyone know if it's possible to take the buzz tv launcher/apk off of an existing XPL 3000 and flash it onto another android box?
You cant use buzztv os in other android box.
As for leelbox vs buzz, dont think about specs, buzz is way superior.
I had brand new 4gbram 64 gm high processor android box which i replaced it with buzztvxpl Best decision i ever made related to iptv
No idea on your question, but the leelbox has its own overlay so it doesn’t look like stock Android. I’ve got one and the interface is very simple and designed for tv.
Buzz is worth it. Bought mine 6 months ago and never looked back

It is not, the apk is coded specifically for this box, and uses several lines that detect server/hardware of the device
