Want to know how to get IPTV out to the masses? Stop allowing mindless teenage children to run the IPTV companies. Pretty sure Beast is just the Vader's admins in disguise...they act just alike.

this isnt new to IPTV in general. Many customers are expecting professional level support, and get upset when they don't receive it, but it's often ran by people who don't have the best social skills. Those two things dont mix well. Not to mention, the amount of non technical people who sign up and expect service better than their local cable providers, make a lot of operators short tempered.

Yes, the response is not professional.

But the way you made your request is also very rude

Actually I would prefer to keep IPTV on the low low.

Something tells me we are not hearing the full story....

This is a no refunds type of business, both sides have to understand that. If client doesn't like the service then that's just $15 lost, and then it's $15/month lost to the service if that client didn't understand something. But it's a small loss to the client compared to a cable TV provider and either way it's $15 pocketed to the service provider and a slot open for someone else. So really there shouldn't be any need for this type of behavior. And as in any service, legal or otherwise, money speaks. Don't give them your money if you don't like them and they won't be around for long.

I've had awesome support from vaders. They are my go to service. There is definitely more to this.

I don’t know if Telegram goes back far enough in history, or if it’ll even show my replies since I was banned, but please go back to November 20th. At least I think that’s when the chat shit happened. You’ll see everything I said in there.

I even sent silentbob a private message after kicking me from the chat telling him that I wasn’t meaning to ruffle any feathers because that wasn’t my intention. I told him how a coworker and I were gushing over their logo, their website, etc. and I wanted nothing more than the service to work because I loved the website, the logo, the colors, everything. His response? “I don’t care dude.” And then blocked me.

So believe whatever it is you’d like to believe. Either the company is run by a child, or they appointed a child the head of their customer support - both of which are bad for business.

I'm guessing their parents didn't teach them any MANNERS or the correct use of your, you're 😂

If you're too much of a burden, you will be dropped, plain and simple. OP obviously isn't giving the whole story. Support isn't there to hand hold. If that's what you need, it's not for you.

To the OP: if you go through this thread you will note that the majority of the responses indicate that they would interpret a 3-word message of “cancel my account” as rude. The reason is because many readers take it as abrupt which generally is associated with rudeness. The problem with writing a message is that the reader cannot get the “tone” of the message. I am safely assuming you did not intend to be rude - which is why you can’t understand why anyone sees it as rude. For you it was just a simple request. For many readers (without the benefit of tone of voice) it’s an abrupt command (not a request) and therefor interpreted as rude.

Miscommunication happens all the time dude. Sometimes the intended message is not received in the way you intend. In this case there probably isn’t any guilty person.

Newsflash: if you're rude to people they may be rude back

IPTV is doing more for Marxism by re-empowering the worker over the customer than Ocasio ;)
