Did you give your provider your MAC address?
It just means the app can't get out to where you have told it to go too.
So wrong portal Wrong MAC provided Provider has entered it incorrectly Device not getting out to the Internet Or maybe even an ISP block
Either your sub has run out or you've not entered the portal details correctly or you've given the wrong Mac address to your provider
