I can't log in at all via the android app and also can't access anything through perfect player. Am I the only one?

Yeah, I'm probably a bit late as well now but they updated their servers and had some outages. I imagine you're back on it now but if you have any further issues just raise a ticket. I did it twice in two days and had my service back up and running within about 20 minutes.

Really late jumping on this, but you’re all on helix. I’m just on a trial on a new mag box I got. How’s the service over all? Any of you use it for Saturday premier league?
