Maybe it was a mistake. But most providers will not provide max connections of 0. You can take their whole list and re-stream it if you really want.
It's probably for MAC based subscriptions. 0 means no multiple connections, just one.
...Only one i know of is Nitro - $45 US for unlimited "Household" (same IP) connections.
What provider are you using ?
It’s probably a shared free m3u links found online with international channels, some locals but nothing premium. My question is, how do you see all those that are connected?

Yes that means unlimited connections. Most likely a mistake from the provider
