How to know which service provider is being used

My mom bought a mag 322 and the guy came by and set it up for her, now I'd like to know which provider is supplying the tv channels. Edit Thanks for the help everyone.

Go into the inner portal, settings, Portals and check the URL?

It won't tell you whom provider is just what url is being used
