I recently discovered IPTV and it has been on of that most incredible things of my life.
I know I'm getting a little ahead of myself but is there any way to get DVR on IPTV?

...Recording takes watching IPTV from a "grey area" to illegal so i would avoid that. Just look for a service that offers "Catch Up".
Technically it can be done on the iptv extreme app and the smarters app but like the other poster said, I wouldn't
I use NextPVR as my backend on my pc and it has dvr functionality for iptv. Actually syncs all my recordings throughout the house into one place that's available on all my tvs
Definitely, just isn't that easy. I have a rasp pi with Tvheadend installed on it, that enables recording, timeshift, live pause, series recording. Is very cool.
"ProgDVB Professional 7" or "IP-TV Player" will record off a single stream.
Plex works for me.
Get a box that can record like the dreamlink, buzz or formuler boxes.
There are a few ways to do this as others have said you can use the IPTV smarters app, IPTV extreme or the new myiptv app that will allow you to record, just know you need need at least 2 connection's to record on IPTV extreme. Google them to find out what they can do. You can set up Plex to use as a DVR also. u/plexninja has a good post about it the Plex set up is more along the lines of a traditional DVR set up.
