Honestly, get a few trials and then pick the one you want.
It's mostly resellers anyway.
The great thing about IPTV is you can pick 1-3 providers a month (you should have at least 2) and go to town. You can easily switch at anytime. As for VOD, I will preach what I say to everyone, VOD is not intended for IPTV. If you want quality VOD, get a plexshare or Embyshare, or if you're really inclined make your owner server so you can control your own content. 4k content works best when it's streamed locally. VOD opens up providers to the MPAA et al, and some just don't bother with them anymore.
