Playback error reconnect in 3s

Hi everyone. Recently got iptv from a friend of my husbands. Since yesterday we are unable to watch any of the live channels. Been getting error "playback error". I have no idea how iptv works and i dont know who the provider is. Can anyone provide any insight? Thanks!

No way to help you with that little info. Playback error reconnect in 3s sounds like the program IPTV Smarters Pro - and that your service is either down or expired.

Sharing my experience....had this error the past few days. I went into the apps settings and cleared the cache, then I reset my modem and router. Error has not occurred since. Good luck all!
