Low-bandwidth IPTV channels?

Hello there, I’m looking for a good IPTV service that offers a good selection of low-bandwidth channels that you can watch on an Android car unit or phone using cellular data.

Right now I’m using Helix and although they do have an amazing app with good quality, stable channels, they don’t offer a huge selection of low bandwidth channels.

Anyone know a good IPTV service that has a wide selection of low-bandwidth channels?

I use Ethos. I know they have low bandwidth channels but not sure how many or if it's what you're looking for
